Implementation Consultants - USA work from Home
We have an urgent need for technical consultants able to perform a customer facing role including implementations, presales and support.
Typically our implementation consultants take on a broad range of activities covering presales demos,
consultations to prospects and customers, installations, development of RFP's, analysis of customer requirements, specification writing,
implementation of customer requirements through configuration, TSQL and javascript programming, server configuration and support.
We are interested in applications from PST and MST time zones, but applications from other time zones are also welcome.
Skills required:
- Experience of implementing enterprise solutions in large organisations
- Strong technical ability preferably with a Developer Background
- Developer level knowledge of Sql Implementation, TSQL programming, and Javascript
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills with Senior Customers and Technical Customers
- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Understanding of IIS, SMTP, SNMP, Sql Server, Networking, Hosting, Windows Architecture and Windows Security
- Familiar with the functions associated with Enterprise and IT Asset Management software
- Microsoft Sql Server or Microsoft SAM Examinations are preferred
You should have a good degree with a scientific or computing background and should have
excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires frequent communication with customers and the team.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
The role is based from your home office, and includes travel to enterprise customer sites.
